AI Consultant (Contract - Outside IR35) Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel for on-site training/demos required - must be able to drive) Contract Length: Up to 6 months Engagement: Outside IR35 About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help organisations adopt and adapt to Microsoft's AI tool stack, with a strong focus on Microsoft Co-Pilot. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure smooth adoption, deliver effective training, and showcase the power of Microsoft AI through impactful demos. As a customer-facing consultant, you will bridge the gap between technical capability and business transformation, empowering users to embrace AI tools effectively. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the adoption and change management process for Microsoft Co-Pilot and related AI tools. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Act as a trusted advisor on the Microsoft AI tool stack, highlighting business value and practical applications. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful roll-out and adoption. Provide hands-on expertise and best practices for embedding Microsoft AI into daily workflows. Support organizations in developing an AI-first culture, ensuring smooth user adoption and engagement. Skills & Experience MSP experience essential Adoption Change experience with Co-Pilot Proven background in consulting or change management, ideally within Microsoft technologies. Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem. Strong communication and presentation skills for customer training and demos. Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, business-relevant benefits. Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Full driving license (required for potential on-site customer visits).
