Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors.

Job responsibilities
* Package Description: Competitive salary, flexible shifts, and ongoing training and development.
* Shift Details: 7.00 to 14.30 and 14.30 to 22.00, with alternative weekends potentially covering night shifts.

Your role as Care Assistant involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

* Recognizing and escalating clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections.
* Respectfully interacting with residents and visitors, maintaining their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe work systems across all tasks.
