About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate support across a range of queries relating to all council services. Whether it’s resolving an issue, offering guidance, or simply making someone’s day a little easier, your role is all about putting the customer first.

What You’ll Do

1. Handle customer enquiries using a variety of media channels
2. Provide clear, accurate information and solutions
3. Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
5. Contribute to a positive working environment

16. 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service) Pro-rated for part time roles.
17. Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements where the role allows. We have a good balance across our teams, retaining the benefits to work/life balance of working from home part of the week, with the collaborative and social benefits of working from the office 2-3 days per week
18. Biennial incremental progression until top of your payscale is reached
