About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate support across a range of queries relating to all council services. Whether it’s resolving an issue, offering guidance, or simply making someone’s day a little easier, your role is all about putting the customer first.
