The role:
Business Intelligence Analystrole at Frontiersis central to deepening the organisation’s understanding of market data and ensuring that insights support strategic priorities and high-level business objectives. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides expert knowledgecreatingbusiness reporting, measuring success, and embedding performance metrics to evaluate efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Identify,prioritizeandcontributeto business reportinginitiatives.
7. Drive the use of evidence and data-driven decision making across the business.
8. Alignwith all stakeholders on a project basis.
9. Interpret data and provide insight and recommendations.
10. Design, develop andmaintainsolutions including dashboards, reports, and underpinning data models.
11. Work closely with technology and data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security of data.
12. Operate on a continuous improvement basis, ensure scalable analytics.
13. Build an understanding of our market and business environment .
14. Communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely to a range of audiences including other analysts and colleagues across the business.
Requirements:
15. Demonstrableexperience (3+ years) in data analysis and business intelligence, with a proventrack recordof delivering complex analytical projects to deadlines.
16. BSc,MScor PhD in a relevant field.
17. Expertproficiencyin BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView), strong SQL skills, and familiarity with database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
18. Ability to analyse complex data, ensure data integrity, andprovideactionable insights through clear communication.
19. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.
20. Strong business acumen, understanding of performance management, and ability to shape strategic initiatives.
21. Preferred: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysiswill be considered a plus.
