We're supporting a client who is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, with the potential to extend. This role requires an immediate start. This is a hands-on role requiring confidence in managing change processes and advising stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Supporting business-wide transformation activity, including organisational change Leading and supporting consultation processes Providing clear, confident advice on HR policies and employment legislation Managing employee relations cases and supporting line managers Working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes Requirements: Proven experience in an HR Advisor role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling of consultations Experience supporting organisational change and restructures Confident communicator, able to engage and advise stakeholders effectively Available to start at short notice This is an office-based role, with some flexibility around working patterns (including the potential for a condensed 4-day week).
