Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional service within the financial services sector. Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
* Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date records in our accounting software.
* Utilise financial software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks to manage financial data and generate reports.
* Support the preparation of financial documents and reports as required by management.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
