NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Thursday 0830-1630, Friday 0830-1600. Flexibility can be discussed.

The Women and Children’s Directorate are looking for a candidate who is highly engaged, approachable and keen to actively support their team in the use of new digital tools to improve productivity and assisting with smarter working. This is a full time post, Monday to Thursday 0830-1630, Friday 0830-1600. The postholder’s workload will be fast paced and unpredictable and it is important that you can demonstrate through experience a sound understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.

We are seeking an individual with skills, energy and ambition to provide a robust administrative service to improve Obstetric and Gynaecological care. As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
