The Role: You'll handle a mix of M&A, shareholder agreements, group restructures, joint ventures and commercial contracts. The work is varied, high-quality and client-facing, with strong links to owner-managed businesses, SMEs and private equity-backed companies. You'll also support junior lawyers and play an active role in business development.
