Are you looking for a career that is more autonomous?, As a Band 6 Nurse working within Research and Development you will have the opportunity to work in a nurse-led environment and be expected to manage and lead on your own caseload of research projects which involve Commercial and non-commercial trials. You will have the opportunity to maintain and develop existing clinical skills, such as but not limited to, phlebotomy, intravenous therapy, cannulation and central access devices. You will be working closely with Senior Clinicians and other multi-disciplinary team members to implement and set up the delivery of trial protocols ensuring the highest quality of data collection, with a continued commitment to participant safety and welfare.
