Are you passionate about creating high-quality business requirements and managing these through the change delivery lifecycle? We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Barbon change team to help us improve our products, client service, business processes, and technology across our Group brands.
In this role, you'll be part of a team of experienced change professionals, understanding our business strategies, analyzing needs, and translating these into work packages for our technology team. You'll support testing, business readiness, and implementation activities, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support project planning and lead workshops with business and technical teams, documenting outputs and securing agreement.
2. Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, process modeling, and review of business documents.
3. Analyze data to support decisions, identify trends, and provide insights.
4. Document requirements clearly using Jira, including acceptance criteria for testing.
5. Identify improvement opportunities in business processes, considering technical impacts in an SOA environment.
6. Reconcile conflicting information from various sources and see the big picture.
7. Maintain consensus on scope despite conflicting stakeholder requirements.
8. Propose and support innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
9. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
10. Create test scripts, plans, and scenarios; perform preliminary testing.
11. Conduct post-live testing to validate software changes.
12. Support end users and stakeholders during deployment.
13. Manage ad-hoc activities as required.
14. Contribute ideas for process and software improvements.
15. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
