Our Client agrowing and well established media group based in Macclesfield nowhas an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive to jointheir friendly team.
They are now seeking anumber of Telesales Executive to join their team using yourtelephone sales techniques to generate business and encourage newleads.
The right candidate for this role will bean ambitious and selfdriven character with experience as anoutboundtelemarketer.
Tasks
Responsibilities
* Makingoutbound calls to generate sales from lapsed and new potentialcustomers.
* Promoting selling and obtainingorders from prospective customers over thephone.
* Discussing products and servicesassisting customers in selecting those that are best suited forthem.
* Presenting and following upquotations
* Documenting customer information andutilizing information already collated.
* Developlong term collaborative relationships withcustomers.
* Provide potential and existingcustomers with the highest level of customerservice.
* Oversee sales process from start tofinish ensuring service quality and general transactionalsatisfaction.
* If needed face to face meetingson and offsite.
* Prepare and presentachievements andKPI
Requirements
Requirements
* Previousoutbound sales experience would bebeneficial.
* OutstandingB2C or B2B telephoneskills with at least 23 yearsexperience.
* Patience and ability to engagecustomers in conversation.
* Excellent customerservice skills
* Ability to achieve and exceedsales targets.
* Keen interest in learning aboutProducts & specifications
* Planning andorganising skills.
* Ability to prioritise ownworkload.
* A desire for continuous personal andprofessional development
