About the Role:
One of our leading clients in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the Orals Value Stream. The role involves maintaining packaging and manufacturing equipment, ensuring GMP compliance, and supporting safety and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete maintenance work orders and support production targets
* Develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards
* Implement continuous improvements and support new installations
* Mentor apprentices and assist with spare parts sourcing
About You:
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry
* Strong knowledge of GMP, packaging, and manufacturing systems
* Ability to solve engineering challenges and drive performance improvements
