If you're an experienced recruiter (Executive/Principal level or above) with people management experience and a strong billing track record, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop a team of four recruiters. Build strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Attract high‑quality candidates through adverts, headhunting, networking, and social media, maintaining a strong talent pipeline across Property, Construction, and Social Housing.
