Main duties of the job
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living support to the client, assisting with non‑invasive ventilation and dialysis support, supporting the client's mobility, wellbeing, and engagement with activities, following care plans, and communicating effectively with the care team and family. You will also be required to support with epilepsy, seizure management, and medication administration.
