Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, while inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations with warmth, care, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and support the restaurant and bar team to deliver excellent service
Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and stock management
Support management in achieving financial and operational targets
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
What were looking for
A hands-on leader with previous restaurant experience
Someone passionate about people both guests and team members
Strong organisational skills with a positive, can-do attitude
