Job Role: As Senior Dispatch Operator, you will coordinate commercial and non-commercial shipments, ensuring compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority and international trade regulations. You will manage despatches using ERP, EBR, and global serialisation systems, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous goods. The role involves liaising with couriers, QA, Sales Admin, and global supply chain teams to maintain timely and accurate product shipments. You will also deputise for the Despatch Team Leader, support team operations, coach and develop colleagues, maintain facility systems, ensure GMP and EHS compliance, and contribute to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
