About the Role
This part-time People Function Coordinator role plays a vital support role within the People Effectiveness team, working closely with the People Team Effectiveness Manager and PA to the CPO to ensure seamless coordination across the People Leadership Team and wider People function. You’ll provide a blend of administrative, coordination and project support - acting as a go-to contact for day-to-day needs and helping the team stay organised, connected and on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting senior leaders and is looking to grow their experience in team operations, internal communications and people-focused work.

* Proactive & Self-Starter: Takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
* Confident Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels, including senior management.
* Travel & Accommodation Arrangements: Experienced in planning travel and booking hotels.
* Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and well-structured presentations (e.g., using PowerPoint or Google Slides).
* Proficient in Office/Google Suite: Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
