We currently have an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and people-focused Manager of Station Operations to lead our management team in Deeside (CH5 2NR) and be a pivotal part of the transformational journey.
This is a highly visible leadership role that is crucial to the success of the station. We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to engage, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver.
Using your well-developed people management skills, you will drive key initiatives such as route optimization and resource planning. You will also coach and develop your leadership team while building a strong, competent pipeline of succession.
Continuous improvement will be a significant focus this year. Your ability to inspire and engage will be critical to successfully leading the team through change. You will be motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple priorities while working to tight deadlines.
Salary: in the region of £75K dependent on experience
