Based in the City of London we currently occupy two floors of Forum House with our growing staff, in excess of 90 people. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual, to support our Business Rates team on a full time, permanent basis. As the Data Analyst for the Business Rates team, your mission will be to help shape a streamlined process that enables the Consultants to truly capitalise on opportunities, and maximise fee-earning potential. Key responsibilities Updating of records on Salesforce to ensure we have all up-to-date contact details Add leases to Salesforce files across the Property Tax division, where possible Keeping all sales opportunities up to date, with all necessary information Providing leads to Consultants Matching data from the rates data website and providing relevant contact details Lead weekly meetings to update on any issues on data sourcing and keeping stakeholders updated accordingly Meeting/exceeding KPI’s that enhance the growth opportunities within the team The ideal candidate Minimum of 1 year's experience within a Business Rates Data Analyst role Ability to locate and identify Business Rates opportunities Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Salesforce is a plus, however not essential Working knowledge of Business Rates systems, such as Analyse/Rates Data would be highly advantageous, but not essential Current or prior experience of working within commercial real estate would be advantageous, but not essential Working knowledge of systems such as Co-Star or Analyse would be highly beneficial, however not essential The package on offer is a basic salary of £40k depending on previous experience. Office hours are 9am-5.30pm and we work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum expectation of 2 x days per week in the office. Benefits Package: Holiday entitlement of 25 days per year with an additional day awarded for your birthday Holiday entitlement will increase by 2 days after 2 years and 1 day per annum of service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days.
