What will you do an Operations Executive
* Process Retailer and Wholesale sales orders
* Monitor 3PL performance and logistic costs
* Maintain and update internal reports, live P&L documents, daily order trackers
* Send out samples, set-ups, promotional forms and submissions
* Support export administration and repacking requests
* Monitor and manage the customer service inbox
What will you need to be an Operations Executive
* Worked within an FMCG environment
* Experience of processing B2B orders
* Proactive and a natural problem solver
* Proficient in Excel
* Have experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
