Our client is delivering one of the UKs largest infrastructure investment programmes, investing approximately £20 billion over the next decade to transform essential infrastructure and improve environmental performance. They are seeking an experienced PMO Risk Lead to define and embed portfolio-wide risk management across a major capital delivery programme.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
* Develop and implement the portfolio risk management strategy.
* Lead QSRA and QCRA processes.
* Integrate risk, cost and schedule management to improve delivery confidence.
* Provide risk insight for governance reviews, business cases and investment decisions.
* Lead and develop a team of risk professionals.
* Support assurance reviews, audits and regulatory reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement in risk processes, systems and reporting.
About You
* Experience leading risk management within major infrastructure or capital programmes.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of risk tools such as ARM, Primavera Risk Analysis or Safran.
* Experience of risk governance, assurance and reporting.
* Professional qualifications such as PMI-RMP, IRM or APM Risk Practitioner (preferred).
