Compliance Administrator Permanent Copford, Colchester Full time - 40 hours per week Hybrid working available after probationary period Compliance Administrator Job Description Manage and maintain QHSE documentation, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and audit-ready. • Oversee Health & Safety accreditation portals, keeping submissions up to date and within deadlines. • Coordinate subcontractor approvals, DBS checks and driving licence verifications, ensuring full compliance records are maintained. • Monitor training compliance and maintain the Engineers’ Training Matrix to ensure certifications and competencies remain valid. • Support internal and external audits, incident reporting and general compliance administration across the business.Compliance Administrator Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications Previous administrative experience within a compliance, engineering, construction or regulated environment. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation. • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across departments and with external stakeholders.Please apply today and a consultant will be in touch to discuss the role further
