Job Title: Mattress Recycling Operative (General Labourer)
Location: Alfreton / Riddings, DE55
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM 1:30 PM (30-minute paid break)
Job Type: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Key Requirements: Previous warehouse or manual labour experience
Good level of spoken English
Physically fit comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a dusty environment
Reliable and motivated to meet daily performance targets
Job Description: As a Recycling Operative, youll be based on the cutting line, manually dismantling mattresses to prepare them for recycling. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and want to contribute to a sustainable process.
