This friendly and efficient team provides a comprehensive and varied administrative service to several operational teams within Education. About the RoleBased at Shire Hall, Gloucester, you will deliver flexible and high-quality business support to the Workforce Development Project in Education. Initially, the role will be office-based full-time during induction and training. After this, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid way using GCC’s secure IT equipment, while continuing to spend part of your week in the office to collaborate with colleagues. Remote working will always depend on service needs being met.Your responsibilities will include:Setting up and maintaining a learning hub site using Umbraco, working closely with Communications, Education teams, and business support colleagues.Coordinating content uploads, checking functionality, and managing training descriptions, videos, and site narratives.Supporting project meetings by arranging, attending, and recording actions, updating project plans, and providing feedback to project leads.Assisting with the development of training booking systems, coordinating pilot sessions, and testing new materials.
