AutoCamp is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Front Desk Associate to greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. The role involves check-in/check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries and issues professionally, and supporting a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting guests warmly and courteously.
* Supporting guest registration and accommodating special requests.
* Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
* Handling messages and reservations, including pre-registration and same-day bookings.
* Resolving guest complaints and inquiries about services, directions, and local attractions.
* Assisting with billing discrepancies and cancellations.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Comfort with cloud-based applications, preferably Google Suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements:
* Customer service experience required.
* College degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
