As Head of Development, you will lead on the planning and delivery of new build, modernisation and environmental projects. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will also contribute to the strategic direction, governance and operational success of the Association. Key responsibilities: · Lead on all aspects of new build and regeneration projects, including site identification, feasibility, planning, procurement and contract management. · Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, regulatory and legislative requirements. · Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and line manage development staff. · Identify and secure development opportunities and funding, including private finance and government grants. · Contribute to corporate planning, financial forecasting and carbon reduction strategies.
