The role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Booking appointments
* Resolving customers queries
* Complaint handling
* Updating customers personal details
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
* Positive attitude
Hours:
* 37.5 Hours per week working between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. Flexibility may be required to work out with these hours if needed.
Contract: Various start dates in August and September. The initial contract will run until the end of 2025; there could be a possibility of contract extension.
