Overview:
The Track Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient maintenance, inspection, and operation of track infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily work of track maintenance crews
* Inspect track conditions and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
* Enforce compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accurate work records
* Train and support team members to ensure safe and efficient practices
* Communicate effectively with team leads, managers, and external partners as required
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in track maintenance, construction, or related field
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Knowledge of track safety standards, inspection procedures, and maintenance practices
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
