Oakridge Schools Federation is a 3FE junior school federated with a 3FE infant and nursery on the same site. Located in the vibrant town of Basingstoke, Hampshire, the school boasts large grounds that provide a beautiful and engaging environment for our pupils.
We are seeking an exceptional class teacher to join our established and dedicated team at Oakridge Schools Federation to cover Maternity leave with a possibility of becoming permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils and contribute to the continued success of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity
* Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs or high ability
* Effectively use assessment to monitor progress, set targets, and plan subsequent lessons
* Manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school, building positive relationships with colleagues and parents
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
* Proven experience in successfully teaching primary-aged pupils

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development
