The Role
The Role: Executive Search Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to deliver high-quality, bespoke search services to senior leaders and organisations. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and senior candidate engagement. You will focus on building long-term partnerships while proactively developing new business opportunities across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Identify and secure retained and contingent executive search assignments.
* Manage complex executive-level recruitment projects from briefing to placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
* Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs.
* Contribute to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
* Represent Staffline at industry events and networking opportunities.
Client Management
* Provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies.
* Deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
* Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM system (Stellar).
Candidate Management
* Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across multiple sectors.
* Provide detailed interview preparation and career advice.
* Manage the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive talent.
* Provide constructive feedback and ongoing candidate support.
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
* Provide regular reports and market insights to the Head of Executive Search.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a performance-driven environment.
* Proven track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
* Strong knowledge of executive recruitment practices and performance metrics.
* Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and pipeline management.
* Active in professional networks with a strong personal brand presence.
* Degree-level education.
* Full driving licence or access to transport (travel required).
