Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Pay rate: £32,000 to £34,000 per annum (depending on qualifications)
Essential requirements: 2 years experience in a children's residential care home, at least 12 months in a managerial/supervisory/team leader role (within care), a level 3 (or above) diploma in residential child care and a full driving licence issued in the UK

What we are looking for:
The Willows is a two-bed service providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
Therefore, we are seeking a Deputy Manager who has thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations, relevant legislation and Quality Standards. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and team leader skills. A keen interest in the outdoors is essential, activities experience/qualifications are desirable.
