The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives on a night shift for a leading automotive company based in Kings Norton. As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out quality inspection of automotive components
* Loading and moving car parts safely and efficiently
* General production line work to meet daily targets

Requirements:
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow health & safety procedures
* Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts.

* 22:00 - 06:00
* Sunday - Thursday

Pay Rate:
* £12.21 per hour
* £13.50 after 12 weeks
