* Operating within structured stage‑gate governance frameworks, owning business cases, documentation and evidence‑based decision making
* Acting as the connective lead across engineering, commercial and external stakeholders, representing Babcock with credibility and confidence
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and based at Rosyth. Hybrid working patterns are available; with a minimum of three days per week on site. International travel will be expected.
Essential experience
* Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑workstream programmes within an engineering or technically led environment
* Strong programme governance capability, including stage‑gate or gated development frameworks
