Bespak is looking for a Development Engineer for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, hybrid role is between £44k and £52k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Working Pattern – Mon to Fri
Working hours are 7.5 hours per day plus a 30‑minute lunch break, between 8 am and 5 pm (options: 8 am–4 pm or 9 am–5 pm). Flexible arrangements are considered within business needs.
Responsibilities
As a Development Engineer your primary focus will be supporting Senior Engineers on new project initiatives while contributing to the design and development of innovative combination products and drug delivery devices, including precision‑moulded parts. You will actively participate in technical projects, applying robust design techniques to move systems from the "tune" phase to a full‑scale commercial system. Responsibilities will expand to include contributing to design briefs, executing CAD simulations for spray plume geometry modelling, and conducting specialised testing using NGI (Next Generation Impactor) equipment. You will provide technical support, adhere to quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
