A privately owned, international business is seeking a qualified accountant to join as Finance Director.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be the primary business partner for the sales team and lead a team of management accountants ensuring controls and processes are streamlined, consistent and robust. You will interact with the SSC and partner with senior leadership to deliver timely financial insights that drive performance and support growth objectives.Key responsibilities will include creating monthly and annual reports as required to identify results, trends, contract profitability and financial forecasts, managing cash flow and treasury through regular forecasting and interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers. You will implement and embed corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with relevant experience in an international business and familiarity with sales taxes, cross-border trading and completion of regulatory returns. You will be experienced working across multiple territories in a fast-moving global business and ideally have D365 experience.
