Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Gas Service Engineer at Viessmann, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You’ll be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs, providing product training, and collaborating with our Sales Team to drive growth across the UK.
This position offers you the freedom to work from home, starting and finishing your day at your own location while covering a wide geographical area. Your ability to drive is essential as you’ll be visiting customers in their homes, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Your Responsibilities
* Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintain accurate records of performance reports
* Deliver engaging product training to staff and customers
* Support the Sales Team in developing sales across the UK
* Provide best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties
What We’re Looking For
* ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
* Demonstrated technical expertise gained through industry experience
* High attention to detail
* Confident and adaptable work style
* Excellent communication skills
* A knack for building strong relationships with clients
