40 hours per week. Shift pattern/hours - 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday. £40-45,000.00 per annum. Eligible for bonus £1300 annual fund (UK). Sodexo rewards and benefits. What you’ll do
* Provide expert knowledge and guidance on BEMS and energy management systems
* Lead and coordinate internal teams and contractors in planned, preventative, and reactive BEMS maintenance
* Diagnose and resolve BEMS faults, including remote fixes and alarm management
* Identify and resolve HVAC performance issues via BEMS or reactive work orders
* Respond to Helpdesk requests and escalate issues requiring capital investment
* Develop and implement control strategies to maximise efficiency and reliability
* Drive software and hardware upgrades to minimise disruption and risk
* Analyse utility data, produce reports, and support sustainability goals
What you bring
* Extensive experience managing and operating building controls and BEMS (ideally Schneider, Trend IQ Vision, Cylon)
* Level 4 qualification (or higher) in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, Maintenance, Controls, or equivalent
* Experience using energy metering and energy management systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, plus advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas)
* Strong ability to interpret large data sets and produce technical reports
* Desirable BCIA Technical or Advanced Technical Certificates
* Experience in government services or large estates
* Membership of a professional body (e.g. CIBSE)
