Overview
Conveyancer - Residential Property - Alcester. We are looking to recruit a full-time qualified individual with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within our Alcester office.
Responsibilities
* Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
* Deferred charges and equity releases
* Registrations
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Shared ownership
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.

Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:15 with a one hour lunch break
