Rate of Pay for Team Leader: £14.35 per hour Team Leader Working Hours: 3pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday) Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader: * Lead and motivate operatives as a Team Leader to achieve production targets. * Organise and oversee workflow on the production line as a Team Leader. * Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met as a Team Leader. * Manage product quality and resolve issues promptly as the Team Leader. * Conduct team briefings and communicate priorities as a Team Leader. * Develop team members through coaching and training as the Team Leader. * Address operational challenges and escalate issues as the Team Leader. * Maintain clear records and support audits as the Team Leader.
