Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NHS guidelines and policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans. Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards. Provide compassionate care, offering support to patients and their families. Essential Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
