You’ll be joining MHR’s highly skilled Agile Product Teams, dedicated to delivering exceptional results with a focus on quality and agility. Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you will manage and develop Cloud Engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation and continual improvement.
Your Impact
The Cloud Platform Engineering Manager is responsible for delivering the platform roadmap and architecture, including the implementation of tooling, processes and automation to support efficient platform delivery. You will lead, develop and manage a high‑performing, collaborative Cloud Platform team, ensuring the reliability, scalability and performance of all customer‑facing cloud services, providing clear technical direction, support and career development.

* Experience in identifying and resolving team challenges, implementing solutions that improve efficiency and productivity, and fostering a collaborative, learning‑focused culture.
* Strong background in administrating and engineering cloud platforms, with expertise in setting best practices for CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear updates on infrastructure progress and challenges and manage vendor relationships for escalated support and change management.
* Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to understand and advise on infrastructure requirements that support scalable and secure solutions.
