Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + up to £5,000 car allowance
Location: Reading / Hybrid
My client is a national insurance brokerage with over 30 offices across the UK, known for combining the strength of a large organisation with the personal touch of a local broker. Each branch operates with autonomy and independence, allowing teams to do things their own way while sharing the backing, resources, and stability of a wider group. Importantly, they have no plans to merge or sell, ensuring long-term security and a consistent service ethos for both staff and clients. The Reading office is in an exciting growth phase, and they’re looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to help build and develop new client relationships. You’ll work closely with a dedicated broking and placement team to deliver tailored insurance solutions, with full support to succeed and grow your own book of business.
