Salary
£13,161 - £13,997 pro rate (FTE £31,507 - £33,509) – 18 hours
£21,935 - £23,329 (FTE £31,507 - £33,509) – 30 hours

Responsibilities
* Work across the college with flexibility to travel to all centres.
* Provide high-quality support across the college, working with the SENDCO for HI to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place to support students from school transitions, through and out of college to a positive destination.
* Provide interventions identified from available data, oversee the EHCP process including annual reviews, and ensure students feel valued and well supported in preparation for adulthood.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g., GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C).
* Minimum Level 3 HI qualification or already working towards one and may already have a relevant HE Degree.
* Previous experience of working with young people with SEND in an educational capacity.
* In-depth knowledge of EHCPs, the SEND Code of Practice, and support strategies.
* Ability to use judgement and initiative in complex situations leading to successful outcomes.
