Responsibilities
AS THE OFFICE ASSISTANT, you will be responsible for organizing and performing all business office functions related to daily operation within the department. These functions include receiving patients, assessing their needs, scheduling, record maintenance, facilitating orders, answering telephones, etc. You will also provide clerical support to personnel within your department.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Typing/computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Healthcare provider CPR completed within year of hire
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Associates degree or 1-2 years of past physician office experience preferred
