Based in central Brighton, they have room for 3 new experienced recruiters to join their team due. The core markets they cover are:

* Financial Services
* Insurance
* Compliance, Risk and Financial Crime
* Wealth Management
* Technology, Transformation and Change
The Opportunity
The business has been thriving within the Finance and Insurance recruitment sectors for over a decade. Their consistently exceptional delivery to their loyal client base means they are incredibly stable as a businesses with fantastic job security and growth opportunities across both of their offices, with their sights set on a London office launch too.
They are looking for ambitious 360 consultants, who crave the opportunity to work in a mature yet fun environment, with professional freedom to grow out their own patch, whilst leveraging very warm existing relationships. Consutlants will be considered from any of the above backgrounds, or relevant professional services verticals if you are open to re-training on a new patch.

Minimum requirements:
* You must be in a full 360 recruitment role with a track record of full cycle success from lead generation to delivering on the work you have won, and both client and candidate management
* Experience with a variety of Business Development strategies
* £180k + annual billings minimum
* Based in, or commutable to Brighton or Horsham 4 days a week
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary starts at £35,000 base
* Commission up to 50%
* Annual performance bonus

* Half day on Fridays with a 1pm finish
