Hours: three-week rolling rota | 12 hours shifts Days 6AM-6PM and Nights 6PM-6AM | Working 12/21 days
Salary: £50,000pa
Location: Burton-on-Trent

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of production operatives
* Oversee the production line
* Conduct regular quality checks and inspections
* Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery
* Adhere to all health & safety regulations
* Support training and development of team members
Requirements
* Previous production or manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
* Supervisory or team leader experience within manufacturing or heavy industry
* Maintenance or repairs experience desirable
