Role
* Strategic Programme and Financial Leadership – oversee the entire lifecycle of projects and programmes, ensuring financial efficiency, value and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Advanced Performance Analysis and Process Optimisation – report on performance metrics, analyse data for trends and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
* Executive People Leadership and Transformational Change Management – coach teams, promote accountability, and deliver inclusive change initiatives.
* Strategic Vision and Stakeholder Partnership – devise innovative strategies, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Comprehensive Risk Management and Strategic Contract Negotiation – assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead contract negotiations.
About You
* Extensive programme/project management and commercial acumen.
* Internal strategic business development experience – trusted advisor, work‑winning, growth‑seeking, and team‑building.
* Leadership excellence – proven record of leading teams to strategic outcomes.
* Sector‑specific experience – significant experience in water, energy or resource sectors highly favoured.
* Professional credentials – relevant qualification or chartered status desirable.
* Substantial experience – a proven track record or equivalent education and experience to perform essential duties.
