Our client, a well-established company is currently seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks within the organisation and is an ongoing contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting a team of Project Coordinators with Administration tasks, booking work updating spreadsheets, Candidates must drive as the role will require travel to other offices in Sussex and the Kent area. Full Time hours working from home also.
Managing and organising office documentation and files
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Providing general administrative support to the team
Ensuring the office supplies are maintained and ordered as needed
Other ongoing administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise duties effectively
Outstanding problem-solving abilities
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Understanding of the water utilities sector is advantageous
