Job Description
We are seeking two Safety Area Supervisors to support rapidly growing multifamily construction operations across multiple states. We're expanding to 20+ sites next year. These roles are critical in providing hands-on, people-focused safety leadership in the field. Each supervisor will oversee safety practices across multiple job sites, collaborate with project teams, conduct audits, and ensure compliance while maintaining a coaching-oriented leadership Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary regional safety lead for assigned construction sites
2. Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and accident/incident investigations
3. Facilitate toolbox talks, training, and ongoing safety coaching with field teams
4. Support project teams in implementing site-specific safety plans and corrective actions
5. Maintain accurate safety documentation within Procore and MS Office systems
6. Partner with operations leadership to identify risk, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
7. Influence safety culture-educating rather than policing; mentor teams to proactively identify hazards
8. Collaborate with the Director of Safety on compliance strategy and reporting
9. Travel throughout assigned region to multiple active projects weekly

The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications
10. OSHA 30 minimum
11. 5+ years of multifamily or residential construction experience
12. CHST or ASP designation required
13. CSPS certification preferred
14. Prior experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar field-based safety role
15. Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office
16. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
