The Opportunity
: Lead the Commercial Property team, with scope to shape and grow the department.
: Handle a broad range of high:value matters including:
: Land development projects
: Landlord and tenant transactions
: Lease renewals
: Purchases and sales of businesses and investment properties
: Real estate finance and general commercial conveyancing
: Work alongside a collegiate partnership team within a firm known for innovation and progressive working practices.
About You
: At least 10 years' PQE in commercial property.
: Strong track record in client development and relationship management.
: Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
: Commercially astute with excellent technical ability and client care skills.
